Tool / T2

Design at the speed of code: command palette, panes, hotkeys and real CSS in one workspace.

A design tool that speaks developer

T2 is a web design tool built on the habits developers already have: a command palette instead of nested menus, panes instead of fixed panels, hotkeys instead of hunting with the cursor, and CSS instead of a homemade layout model.

Rather than becoming yet another visual clone of Figma or Webflow, it starts from an almost empty screen and lets everyone assemble exactly the workspace they need — and switch between such workspaces in a keystroke.

Design copilot

A linter for layouts, not for code. One dashboard shows the state of every project at once — what is critical, what can be fixed in a click, where a ready solution exists, what is worth improving and what is minor — with the exact values at fault and the consequences of leaving them as they are.

It catches overused fonts, risky licenses and a missing Cyrillic fallback, spacing outside the grid system and breakpoints that break, contrast below WCAG AA and hit areas smaller than 44px (iOS HIG) or 48dp (Material Design).

Emmet

Hundreds of CSS properties, each a few keystrokes away. T2 understands the Emmet abbreviations developers have been typing for years — m:a, d:f, jc:sb, ta:c — and expands them right in the style panel.

The cheat sheet is grouped the same way the panel is: layout, typography, visual, position and effects.

CSS GUI

There is nothing better in the world for a layout engine than CSS. So T2 doesn't invent one: every control in the style panel is a real CSS property — display, direction, align, gap, size, overflow — and the canvas is exactly what the browser will render.

On a wide screen all style sections are laid out at once, side by side, instead of one narrow column with an endless scroll.

Layout generator

Content first, styling second. Type the content of a form, an article or a footer as plain text, trigger generation — and the next pane fills with layout variants: grids, sidebars, splits, single focus, columns.

Every variant is plain CSS grid with real proportions, from a 2×2 grid to a central band. Click one to see it full size in the render pane, star the keepers.

Ninja mode

The whole style panel can be driven from the keyboard. A shortcut moves focus into it, arrows switch values, Tab jumps to the next field, Enter saves, Esc leaves the property — and a hint always shows which keys work right now.

CSS GUI plus Ninja mode is how we build superfast: no hunting for controls, no dragging, just a few keystrokes from an idea to a styled block. Every saved workspace gets its own shortcut in the hotkey map.

Atom panes

Hundreds of CSS properties, each a few keystrokes away. T2 understands the Emmet abbreviations developers have been typing for years — m:a, d:f, jc:sb, ta:c — and expands them right in the style panel.

The cheat sheet is grouped the same way the panel is: layout, typography, visual, position and effects.

Jumpy

There is nothing better in the world for a layout engine than CSS. So T2 doesn't invent one: every control in the style panel is a real CSS property — display, direction, align, gap, size, overflow — and the canvas is exactly what the browser will render.

On a wide screen all style sections are laid out at once, side by side, instead of one narrow column with an endless scroll.

Feature system

Eighteen features in five groups — core and environment, data and operations, layout engine, logic and behavior, AI assistance — wired into one application ecosystem.

From a local-first, open-source workspace to an AI restyler: every feature plugs into the same core and works with plain code.
